13th Annual Howell Twp./Farmingdale Memorial 5K Run & Race Walk
The event on August 19, 2026 is a community memorial running event held at Howell High School’s Athletic Complex in Farmingdale, New Jersey. It features a formal 5-kilometre run and a 5-kilometre race walk on the roads of Howell and Farmingdale, plus a short kids fun run on the track for ages 1 to 6.

Race results are provided by a professional timing service. Awards are planned for 5K finishers, including overall male and female winners and age-group awards in ten-year increments beginning with 19 and under; the race walk includes overall male and female awards. Entry pricing is age-based and varies by registration period; a youth price applies for those 19 and under, and t-shirt availability depends on registration timing. The kids fun run requires no registration or fee. The event also includes a memorial board where attendees can light a flame in honor of loved ones. Registration is handled online only.
