2027 Houston Spartan Trifecta Weekend
The event takes place Mar 20 - 21, 2027 at 7iL Ranch, 5389 Mill Creek Rd, Cat Spring, Texas, about one hour west of downtown Houston. The venue combines wide open pastures and dense wooded trails across a ranch setting.
The course uses over 40 miles of rolling sandy hill trails and includes shallow creek crossings. Participants may encounter roaming cattle and running horses on or near the course. The weekend features multiple obstacle race formats with varying distances and obstacle counts.

- Super 10 km, 25 obstacles
- Beast 21 km, 30 obstacles
- Kids Race 1–3 km, obstacles included
The Sprint has an average completion duration listed as about 1 h 32 m 12 s. Spectator access is available during the weekend. Racing as a team is the only way to guarantee the same start time for teammates. A service member discount of up to 25% is offered to eligible US military, law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, and certain government employees through verification with GOVX.
