Houston Roast Run & Comedy Show
The Houston Roast Run & Comedy Show is a multidisciplinary event held at The Water Works at Buffalo Bayou in Houston, Texas. The event combines a running race with live entertainment, featuring professional comedians throughout the course and a dedicated stand-up show following the athletic portion.
Participants follow the Buffalo Bayou Trails for a 5 km distance. Along the route, roasting stations are positioned where comedians provide commentary to runners as they pass. Following the completion of the course, a post-race comedy show takes place featuring three of Houston’s top comedians.

Registration tiers allow participants to choose between full packages including the run and the show, run-only options, or comedy show-only access for those who prefer to skip the physical activity. Options also exist to register without receiving race swag. The event site provides access to food and drink vendors, and participants have access to free event photos and live results.
