Hot COCO 5K, Walk & Kids Fun Run
The Hot COCO event in Cheshire, CT is scheduled for November 14, 2026 at Norton School, 414 North Brooksvale Road. The event offers multiple participation options and a mapped course that runs along the Farmington Canal Line, passing historic homes in Cheshire.

- Kids Fun Run
Awards are given to the first Cheshire male and female finishers, the top non-binary finisher, and the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80+. All children in the Kids Fun Run receive finisher ribbons. Walkers are not timed.
The first 550 entrants in the 5K or walk receive a long sleeve tech shirt. Parking is available at Norton School, across the street at St. Beckett’s Church and on surrounding streets. A post race party follows the event with music, hot cocoa, food, kids activities and vendor giveaways.
The event supports Abilities Without Boundaries. Fundraising options include earned complimentary entry for participants who raise at least $100; funds help support employment, job coaching, transportation and related services provided by the organization.
