San Francisco SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run
The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run in San Francisco is scheduled for January 10, 2027, with start and finish near the Music Concourse in Golden Gate Park. The event offers three distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- 15K
The course passes several park landmarks including the San Francisco Botanical Garden, Golden Gate Polo Fields, Japanese Tea Garden, Huntington Falls, Murphy Windmill, the Great Highway near Ocean Beach, the Bison Paddock, and the JFK Promenade. The event includes a professionally managed and timed course and a post-race party at Golden Gate Park with music, vendors, and a finisher's mug served with chocolate fondue, dippables, and hot chocolate.
Every registration includes a swag kit with a full-zip jacket and a commemorative finisher's medal. Free high-resolution race photos and official finish times are provided to participants after the race. Live runner tracking is available for the event.
A Ghirardelli Cocoa Club VIP upgrade provides access to a dedicated club area, Ghirardelli hot cocoa, a shopping bag with single-serve cocoa, a $35 onsite store credit, preferred corral placement, an upgraded onsite experience including a hot breakfast item and dedicated restrooms, and other onsite perks.
