Hot Chocolate Run - Dallas
The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run in Dallas takes place on February 6, 2027, at Fair Park. The event offers multiple distance options:
- 5K
- 10K
- 15K
All courses start and finish at Fair Park and run through South Dallas Fair Park and Old East Dallas neighborhoods. Course highlights include views near the Cotton Bowl Stadium, the Texas Star Ferris Wheel, and, for the 15K, stretches along the Santa Fe Trail and Lower Greenville.
Every registration includes a full-zip event jacket and a finisher's medal. Finishers receive a mug with chocolate fondue and hot chocolate at the post-race party, which is set among the park's gardens and includes music and vendors. Free high-resolution photos and official race times are emailed to participants, and live runner tracking is offered the week of the race.
An open Expo and packet pickup are scheduled at the Automobile Building in Fair Park in the days before the race; the Expo is free and open to the public. There is no race day packet pickup; packet mailing is available for a fee and has an advance deadline.
A Ghirardelli Cocoa Club VIP upgrade is offered with premium Ghirardelli hot cocoa, a club shopping bag, a $35 on-site store credit, VIP corral placement, access to a dedicated club area, and upgraded onsite amenities. Overall and age group awards are given to top finishers in each distance, with cash prizes and registration incentives for overall winners.
