SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run - Dallas
The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run takes place at Fair Park in Dallas. The event features three different distances for participants to choose from:
- 5K
- 10K
- 15K
All courses start and finish within Fair Park, near the Cotton Bowl Stadium. The routes lead runners through South Dallas and the Old East Dallas neighborhoods. Those participating in the 15K distance also pass by the Santa Fe Trail and Lower Greenville.
The event includes a post-race party held at Fair Park, featuring music and vendors. Participants receive a finisher’s mug filled with chocolate fondue, dippables, and hot chocolate. Every registered runner gets a kit containing a full-zip jacket and a commemorative finisher's medal. These races are professionally timed, and participants receive free high-resolution race photos.
An optional upgrade called the Cocoa Club is available, providing access to a dedicated lounge, a hot breakfast item, and preferred corral placement. Award categories are established for the top three male and female finishers overall in each distance, as well as for various age groups ranging from under 14 to 80 and over.
Packet pickup is held during an expo at the Automobile Building in Fair Park on the two days preceding the race. There is no packet pickup available on the day of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
