BMW Dallas Marathon
The BMW Dallas Marathon is an annual running festival produced by the nonprofit organization formerly known as the Dallas White Rock Marathon. The organization was established in 1971 and produces a range of weekend running and walking events. The marathon is recognized as the official marathon of the City of Dallas. The course highlights various neighborhoods, entertainment districts, and Dallas landmarks. Tens of thousands of spectators typically line streets and neighborhoods on BMW Dallas Marathon Day, which is observed on the second Sunday of December. The 2026 festival dates are listed as December 11-13, 2026. Registration opens May 1st.

Beneficiary and partners
Since naming a primary beneficiary in 1997, the event has donated more than $4.5 million to Scottish Rite for Children.
