Hope Without Boundaries 5K Run/Walk

The Hope Without Boundaries 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026 at National Harbor, The Plaza Stage in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The event raises awareness for missing persons of color and benefits the Black & Missing Foundation, Inc. Proceeds are designated for family support, flyer distribution, victim recovery, burial assistance, and other services for families of the missing.

The event offers both an in-person race along the National Harbor waterfront and a Satellite 5K virtual option with mailed race packets for remote participants.

The course runs along the Potomac River and crosses the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, offering scenic waterfront views. Terrain is described as average with some gravel surfaces and a slight incline. Timing is provided with disposable chips attached to race bibs by a timing service.

All participants receive a race t-shirt, goodie bag, chip timing, free race photos, snacks, water stations, and instant results. Awards are planned for top male and female in adult, teen, and child categories, and all finishers receive a finisher medal. Packet pick-up is available early in May and on race day at National Harbor; packets will be mailed only to Satellite 5K registrants.
