Hoofstones Fell Race

Hoofstones Fell Race is a Category BM fell race held from a race headquarters at The Staff of Life Pub on Burnley Road in Todmorden. The course covers 12.9 km and requires competitors to use navigation skills.

Entries open on 1 October 2026 and close on 28 January 2027. Entry is restricted to runners aged 18 or older. Entry fees listed are £7.00 for FRA members and £8.00 for non-members. Entry is managed through the SiEntries system and requires prior registration.

Participants must carry full FRA kit: waterproof jacket with hood, waterproof trousers, hat, gloves, compass, whistle, map and emergency food. Team prizes are awarded with three to count for men and three to count for women. Refreshments and the prize giving take place in the pub at race headquarters.
