Entries, services and policies
Timed events use chip timing with live results and awards. The 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, and Half-Marathon Relay registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed; their registrations include bibs, youth or designer shirts, and finisher medals. Untimed events and virtual entries do not qualify for age group awards.
Age group awards are offered for 5K/10K/Half-Marathon with overall male and female, male and female masters (40+), and top three male and female in standard age brackets up to 80+. Packet pickup is available on race day before the start; results and awards are available at the registration tent immediately after finishing.
The virtual event allows participants to run any day at a location of their choice. Virtual registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; mailed packets are scheduled to ship the Wednesday after the race. All events follow a no-refund policy; cancellation procedures include transferring participants to virtual if the venue requires cancellation or if hazardous conditions occur.
