Run the Riverwalk : Lowell Riverwalk 5K
Run the Riverwalk is a community 5K event held in downtown Lowell, Michigan on July 11, 2026. The course follows the Riverwalk and is described as family friendly and stroller friendly, and it is open to walkers, runners, students, adults and families. The race distance is 5K (3.1 Miles).
Participants receive a custom finisher medal and the event uses chip timing. Age-group awards are given for first, second and third place in each male and female age division. Age groups are: 12 and under; 13–17; 18–29; 30–39; 40–49; 50–59; 60–69; 70 and over. There is a first place prize for the top female finisher and the top male finisher.
Registration opens January 9, 2026 and closes June 26, 2026. The registration fee is $35.00. Registrations completed prior to June 26, 2026 are guaranteed a race shirt size.
