Hometown Half Marathon & 5k/10k - Dallas
The Hometown event takes place on May 10, 2026 at Anderson Bonner Park, 12700 Park Central Dr, Dallas, TX. Multiple in-person distances and a virtual option are offered. Some entries include chip timing and live results; the virtual option ships race packets after the event.

- Kid's Dash, untimed, ages 10 and under
- 1 Mile, untimed
- 5K, 3.1 miles
- 10K, 6.2 miles
- Half Marathon, 13.1 miles
- Running Buddy Half Marathon, 13.1 miles, requires prior approval
- Volunteer then Run, volunteer then run any distance
- Virtual Run, run any day at a chosen location
Most in-person registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The 5K and 10K offer youth pricing of $17 for ages 12 and under. Several races use chip timing and publish live results and awards. The half marathon lists pacers as part of the field. Free race photos and finish-line food are mentioned as race amenities. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, mailed packet with shirt and medal, and can upload times and photos to the event results and photo pages.
