Holy Halloween! 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
This community running and walking event is scheduled for October 17, 2026 at Blackburn Park, Main Pavilion in Brookhaven, Atlanta, GA. It offers in-person and virtual options and includes family-oriented activities with a Halloween theme.

- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk (untimed)
- Virtual 5K or 1 Mile option
Registration opens July 1 and closes August 5. Published entry fees are $30.00 for the 5K, $20.00 for the 1 mile fun run, and $35.00 for the virtual option. For the virtual option participants receive the same event SWAG by mail and may submit results online.
Costumes are encouraged but not required. A Top Costume Award will be given to the three most festive participants, and other awards are presented during an awards ceremony. A referral program offers a refund of up to $20.00 when five friends register using the referral link provided at registration.
Onsite family activities include custom coloring and art, pumpkin painting, and trick or treating. All 5K finishers receive a super-soft t-shirt and a custom finisher’s medal. All 1 Mile finishers receive a super-soft t-shirt and a ribbon. The 5K course is USATF certified and the time may be used for Peachtree Road Race seeding. One hundred percent of entrance fees support vulnerable and at-risk families served by Catholic Charities Atlanta. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
