Lutzie 43 Road Race
The Lutzie 43 Road Race takes place on August 1, 2026, at Lutzie Field at Lassiter High School in Marietta, Georgia (2601 Shallowford Road). The event offers a 3.1 mile course with both on site and virtual participation options. Adult and student entry categories are offered; standard fees listed are $43 for adults and $30 for students. Virtual registrations incur an additional $5 shipping charge for shirt mailing.
The on site course is an up and down loop through neighborhoods adjacent to the high school. On site amenities include several water stations on course, additional water and post race snacks at the finish, and restrooms at the Lassiter High School field. Dogs and strollers are allowed; dogs must be on leash. Timing is provided with a chip attached to each bib and live results are available via a QR code at the finish. Packet pick up is scheduled the day before at a nearby restaurant and on race morning at the field.
Awards will be presented at the on site event to the top three finishers in each age category for male and female, plus overall male and female winners and masters winners. Proceeds benefit the Lutzie 43 Foundation, which works to reduce distracted, impaired, and unsafe driving incidents. Registration fees are nonrefundable and transfers are not allowed.
