Lutzie 43 Road Race - August 1, 2026
The Lutzie 43 Road Race takes place at Lutzie Field at Lassiter High School in Marietta, GA and also offers virtual participation. The event features a single distance of 3.1 miles (5K) with separate entry categories for students (22 and under) and adults (23 and over). Entry fees listed in event information are $30 for students and $43 for adults. Online registration opens April 30 and online sign ups close on race day morning.
The on site course is an up and down loop through neighborhoods adjacent to Lassiter High School. The race is timed with a chip on the race bib and live results are available via QR code at the finish. Awards will be presented at the on site race to the top three finishers in each age category for male and female, plus overall and masters winners. Age groups span from 10 and under through 70 and over.
T shirts are guaranteed for registrations received before the stated cutoff and virtual registrations may incur a $5 shipping charge; virtual registrants who register after the posted deadline are not guaranteed to receive shirts before race day. Facilities and services at the venue include parking, several water stations, post race snacks, restrooms, basic first aid coverage, and allowance of dogs on leash and strollers on the course.
