Event Overview
The Holy Angels David Rice Memorial Angel Run & Walk is a running and walking event offering four different distance categories for adults and children. The event takes place at the Holy Angels Campus in Shreveport on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

The race starts and finishes at Holy Angels and runs through the Long Lake subdivision in Shreveport. The address is 10450 Ellerbe Road, Shreveport, LA 71106. After the race, there will be music, activities, and community vendors.
Registration and Fees
Registration fees vary. Early bird registration for the 5K and 10K is $25.00 and runs from December 31 until February 15. From February 16 to April 12, the fee is $30.00. Late registration from April 13 until the event day is $40.00. Packet pickup is available at Sportspectrum (6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport) on Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24. Race day registration is available at Holy Angels.
Awards and Prizes
The event features multiple award categories including team prizes for the largest overall, corporate, and community teams. There are also spirit prizes for "Most Spirited" and "Best Wings."
