About the race
The event is a combined running and walking event held on November 29, 2026, at the Parsippany Hilton, 4 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ. It includes a 5K running race and a 2K Pup Strut walking event sponsored by Tater Bear Treats.
Distances:
- 5K (3.1 miles), running race, flat course.
- 2K Pup Strut, walking event for participants with dogs.
Key event details: finishers in the 5K receive a finisher medal and a fresh Duck Donut provided by Duck Donuts Route 10. There is no on-course water stop; Culligan Water will be available at the finish. The event will occur rain, snow, or shine. There are no timed awards for this edition.
Registration opens January 27, 2026 and closes November 10, 2026. Published registration fees are $38.00 for the 5K and $25.00 for the 2K. T-shirts and finisher medals are guaranteed for registrations completed by November 9. Published pricing increases by $10 per race 21 days before race day.
This year the event benefits Toys for Tots - Dover; participants are asked to bring an unwrapped toy. Bib and shirt pick-up is scheduled for November 26 at Duck Donuts on Route 10 in Whippany.
