Run the Woods 5K takes place on November 15, 2026, in Oak Ridge, New Jersey. Event activities are centered at Paradise Knoll School, located at 103 Paradise Road.

Top three finishers in each 5K age group receive awards, and overall finishers receive separate awards for men and women. Age groups are 10-under; 11-14; 15-18; 19-23; 24-30; 31-40; 41-49; 50-60; 61-up.
