About the race
Hog Trot 5K takes place in Key West on November 28, 2026 at 400 Front Street. The event marks the 32nd running of the Hog Trot and coincides with the 50th anniversary of Hog's Breath Saloon.
There are two event entries with the same distance:
- 3.1 Miles 5K Run/Walk
- 3.1 Miles 5K Run/Walk 12 & Under
Registration opens June 24, 2026 and closes November 27, 2026. Registration fees listed for the events are $44.99 for the main 5K and $24.99 for the 12 and under category.
Each participant receives a free T-shirt and one free Mich Ultra. A post race celebration takes place at Hog's Breath Saloon with drink specials available until 11 AM: Grey Goose Bloody Marys $8 and High Noons $5.
