High Bridge Challenge
The High Bridge Challenge combines two Virginia Adventures races that take place on the High Bridge Trail State Park in Farmville, VA. The challenge links the Freight Train event in May and the Night Train event in June so runners can complete paired distances on the same rail-trail course. The event location is listed as 213 North Street, Farmville, VA, and registration closes Thu, May 7 at 11:59 PM ET.
Participants can choose from several combo distances that require finishing one distance at each race. Completing a chosen combo at Night Train earns a special award.

- 100k Combo Night Train 50k + Freight Train 50k
- 150k Combo Night Train 50k + Freight Train 100k
Both races use the High Bridge Trail, an old rail trail turned state park. The course is described as flat with historic and scenic views. Freight Train is listed for May 9 and Night Train for June 14. Pricing varies by combo and by registration date; registration before April 1 offers reduced rates. Example prices before April 1 are 26k Combo $105, Marathon Combo $135, 100k Combo $175, and 150k Combo $240, with higher prices starting April 1.
