Heritage Coast Run

The Heritage Coast Run is a mainly off-road running event held in Thorpeness, Suffolk, featuring a 10k and a half marathon course. Scheduled for May 4, 2025, the event offers a scenic route with sandy trails and coastal undulations. Both distances share the same course until the 10k turnaround near Sizewell B, with the half marathon continuing through a loop between Minsmere and Dunwich before returning to Thorpeness.

There are separate 10k options for runners with dogs (canicross style) and runners only. The event is organized by a volunteer community group supporting local and national charities, with facilities including free parking, toilets, and refreshments at the Ogilvie Pavilion.
