Event information
The Beccles Turkey Trot takes place in Beccles on 07/12/2025. The event uses a certified 10 miles course (certification number 2018-33486) on quiet roads around Beccles. Race headquarters are at Sir John Leman High School, Ringsfield Road, Beccles, Suffolk NR34 9PG (what3words: highly.definite.quail). Facilities at race HQ include a number collection zone and refreshments. Maximum field size is 450 and the minimum age for entry is 17.
Entry, limits and prizes
Entry fees are listed as £20 for affiliated runners and £22 for unaffiliated runners. Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred; transfers to another runner are permitted until midnight on 29/11/2025. Team prizes are awarded for first male and female teams, with three scoring members to count.
Individual prizes are offered for first, second and third male and female finishers, and for first male and female in the V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65 and V70 age categories. There is a prize of £50 if the course record is broken. Additional awards include best fancy dress. XMAS puddings are provided for all participants and volunteers.
