The Maverick Suffolk Gravel 2026
The Maverick Suffolk Gravel takes place on 28 November 2026 at Wantisden Hall, Wantisden Park, Fenn Row, Wantisden, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 3PQ. The course runs through the Suffolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which includes three National Nature Reserves and multiple Sites of Special Scientific Interest.
Routes are on mainly flat, easy forest trails, with some sandy sections. There are three route options:
- 23 km (Half Marathon), elevation gain +118 m.
- 16 km, elevation gain +69 m.
- 9 km, elevation gain +58 m.
Facilities at the venue include free parking, a fully marked and fully timed course, online results, event photography, food and drink, bag drop and finishers medals. Toilets are available at the event start and finish only. Outposts are provided as follows: no outpost on the short route; two outposts on the middle route at about 6 km and 11 km; two outposts on the half at about 6 km and 18 km. The event aims to keep outposts cup free, so participants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle.
