Adnams 10K Run
The Adnams 10K is an annual road race held in Southwold. The event is described as one of the most popular races in the region and regularly attracts several hundred participants. The 2026 edition takes place on 22nd November 2026.
Entry is allocated on a first come, first served basis and the field is limited to 860 places. Registration opens on 10th July and closes on 19th October. Entry fees for this edition are £25 for UKA affiliated individual runners and affiliated teams, and £27 for non affiliated runners.
The course is a circular route run over two and a half laps. It begins at The Harbour Inn and passes The Common. On the final circuit runners are diverted up Queen’s Road to the finish on South Green by The Red Lion pub. The harbour area includes a shingle surface and there is an incline approaching the finish. Runners receive a medal and a goody bag at the finish.
All profit from the run, after costs, is donated to the Adnams Community Trust. The Trust awards grants to organisations and causes within 25 miles of Southwold. Participants also use the event to raise funds for other local good causes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
