Hemel Hempstead 10k and 5k
The Hemel Hempstead event is a closed-road running event taking place in Hemel Hempstead town centre on 23 May 2027. It is organised by RunThrough in partnership with RTKit and is presented as the second edition of the event. The programme includes chip timing and full road closures during the races.
The start and finish are located outside the Riverside Shopping Centre. The course is described as undulating and runs through pedestrianised areas of the town centre and along the High Street. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and there will be marshals and helpers along the route to direct and encourage runners.
Distances included
- 10 km route via Old Town and Gadebridge Park
- 5 km route returning via Marlowes and the High Street
