Distances
- 5K
- 10K
The course is undulating and passes through the pedestrianised town centre and the High Street. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned around the route to guide and cheer participants. Results are chip timed and free race photos are provided.
Included on the day are a unique themed medal and post race goodies. An event village offers a range of food and drink options and partners provide additional free items at the finish. The organiser also offers an event t shirt at a discounted price when purchased with entry; the shirt features the event logo on the chest and is supplied in partnership with RT Kit as an optional purchase to reduce overall event costs.
DENS is the 2027 Charity of the Year. DENS houses, supports and empowers vulnerable single homeless people and others in crisis to transform their lives and will have a presence at the start line.
The organiser states that sustainability is a growing priority and that measures are being developed to address this. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
