The Hemel Hempstead 10K, organized by RunThrough UK, is a fully road-closed, two-lap road race in Hemel Hempstead, starting and finishing at the Riverside Shopping Centre in HP1 1BT. The 10K course weaves through pedestrianised town-centre areas, including the High Street in the Old Town and through Gadebridge Park, offering an undulating route with about 137m elevation. The event features chip-timed results, a unique themed medal, free race photos, and post-race goodies, with a lively event village and spectator support from enthusiastic marshals.
