Pegasus - The HOWUM

The HOWUM 2026 is a 30-mile ultra marathon set in the heart of Wales, starting and finishing in the picturesque town of Llanidloes. The challenging trail combines four iconic routes: the Sarn, Glyndwr’s Way, Severn Way, and Wye Valley Walk, leading runners through stunning Welsh landscapes including the Clywedog Reservoir and the source of the River Severn. The event offers a supportive and friendly atmosphere with fully stocked checkpoints providing snacks, drinks, and rest areas.
