Rhayader Round the Lakes 2027
Rhayader Round The Lakes comprises two road races, a 30 km and a 10 km event, based in Rhayader, Powys, set in the Elan Valley. The races have been held for over 40 years and are organised by volunteers.
The 30 km route runs through the Elan Valley countryside and is exposed to the weather on higher sections. The 10 km route goes out to the Elan Valley and returns to Rhayader town. For both races, roads will remain open during the event. A race licence has been applied for.
Practical details include entry fees and collection of race kit. Entry fees listed are:
- 30 km : £32.00; runs through Elan Valley, exposed on higher sections.
- 10 km : £18.00; out to Elan Valley and back to Rhayader town.
There are no refunds and no deferrals for entries. Race numbers and timing chips are available for collection from Rhayader Leisure Centre at pre-race and race-day collection times provided by the organiser.
