Heart and Sole Triathlon
Established in 2004, the Heart and Sole Triathlon takes place in Versailles, Kentucky. The event is a sprint-format triathlon open to participants ages 15 and up and follows course segments at locations in Woodford County and historic downtown Versailles.
The race format includes the following segments:
- 400 yard swim in an indoor heated pool
- 15 mile bike ride through Woodford County and downtown Versailles
- 3.1 mile run on a cross-country course
Organizers introduced a Family Relay Division and a Business Sponsorship Division for this edition. Registration opens 11/12/2025 and closes 5/1/2026. Standard entry fee is $75.00; the Family Relay Division entry fee is $55.00.
