Hawaii Kai Mile Spring 2026
The Hawaii Kai Mile Spring 2026 is the fourth running of a one-mile road race held in Honolulu on March 29, 2026. The course starts at the intersection of Lunalilo Home Road & Hawaii Kai Drive and finishes in front of Kaiser High School. The event is presented by Hawaii Running Lab.
Competition categories include youth and adult age groups. Kids will receive awards in three-year age blocks, and adult awards are presented to the top three finishers in each age group. The event also features a team competition that rewards the team, organization, school, church, club, or family that registers the most runners; a prize pool is created by taking one dollar from each registration. The organizer cites a past example in which Team Hakuna MaRunna registered 24 runners to claim the grand prize.
There are in-person and virtual entry options. Virtual entries for US and international participants include an event shirt or hat plus shipping. Registration fees cover race entry, a finisher medal, and post-race snacks. Special pricing is available for participants under 17 and for active duty US military.
