Hawaii Kai Mile
The Hawaii Kai Mile is scheduled for October 25, 2026 in Honolulu and is presented by Hawaii Running Lab. This is the fifth running of the event.
The in-person route begins at the intersection of Hawaii Kai Drive and Lunalilo Home Road and finishes in front of Kaiser High School. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation options.
Age-group awards are offered for kids in three-year blocks and for adults, with awards to the top three finishers in each adult age group. Registration fees include race entry, a finisher medal, and post-race snacks. Special pricing applies to participants under 17 and to active duty U.S. Military.
A team competition rewards the team, organization, school, church, club, or family that registers the most runners. Organizers allocate one dollar from each registration to a prize pool for the winning team; for example, 300 registrations would create a $300 prize pool. Participants may link their registration to Strava.
