Halloween Half Run
Halloween Half Run takes place on October 31, 2026 at Bower Ponds Outdoor Stage, 4707 Fountain Dr, Red Deer, AB. The event offers three distances and uses an out-and-back route along the river’s north paths, starting at Bower Ponds due to construction.

- 5 km
- 10 km
- 21 km (half marathon)
GoodLife Fitness is the presenting sponsor and will have staff at aid stations. Entry includes a race bib with chip timing, a commemorative finisher medal, and access to on-course water and energy foods. Finish-line provisions include bakery items from Cinnzeo, water and cold beer. An optional long sleeve race shirt is available for an extra fee.
Entry fees vary by distance and increase on April 13. No refunds, deferrals, or transfers are available. Free parking is provided at Bower Ponds. Volunteers receive a transferable race credit.
