Halloween Half Run - Red Deer
The event takes place on October 31, 2026 at Bower Ponds Outdoor Stage, 4707 Fountain Dr, Red Deer, AB. Due to construction the course begins at Bower Ponds and follows an out-and-back route along the river's north paths.

Entry includes a race bib with chip timing and official results. The course is well marked and includes on-course aid stations with water and gels. Finish line provisions include bakery snacks from Cinnzeo, water and beer. An optional finisher medal is available for 2026 and an optional tech shirt is available for $25.
Entry fees listed are 5 km $55, 10 km $65, half marathon 21 km $79. Prices increase on April 13. No refunds, deferrals, or transfers are available. Free parking is provided at Bower Ponds.
Organizers request volunteers and offer a transferable race credit in exchange for volunteer service. Course maps and interactive route videos are provided by the organizer for each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
