Event overview
The Harvest Half Marathon is a road race in Calgary running through Fish Creek Park. The 2025 edition is the 22nd annual running of the event and is organized as a Half Marathon distance. The race supports local charities; the event has raised over $715,000 to date and the 2025 event is working with the Epilepsy Association of Calgary. The fundraising page shows $3,145 raised for this edition. The event includes age group awards and finishers receive a medal.
Logistics and support
The event uses Mid-Sun Community Centre, 50 Midpark Rise SE, Calgary, as the start and finish location. The course features four aid stations offering water and Gatorade, marshals at key points, and course signage. There are washrooms at the start and finish and porta potties on the course near Sikome Lake hill (around 17 km). Package pickup is scheduled on September 25 and 26 at The Tech Shop NW, and on race day at the Mid-Sun Community Centre; race-day pickup is reserved for out-of-town participants. Registration had tiered pricing (early bird, regular, late) and a shirt-size guarantee for registrations completed by September 1. The event has a no-refund policy.
