On-site operations include check-in at a registration tent, issuance of a wristband required to access the starting area, a bag check for personal items, and vendor areas. An emcee and a DJ provide announcements and music to coordinate waves and manage the schedule.
Volunteers staff each inflatable to supervise and assist participants. Participants may run, walk, or repeat an obstacle provided they do not interfere with the following wave.
