Harrodsburg Oktoberfest 5K Walk/Run
The Harrodsburg Animal Hospital Harrodsburg Oktoberfest 5K Walk/Run is scheduled for September 19, 2026 in Downtown Harrodsburg, Kentucky. The course is described as scenic and runs through downtown Harrodsburg, including S Main Street.
The event distance is 3.1 miles. Registration opens December 4, 2025 and closes on September 19, 2026. The entry fee is $25.00 and includes a race T-shirt; sizes are not guaranteed. Free race photos will be posted after the event.
Awards are given to the overall top three male and female finishers and to the top three in each age group; overall top finishers are removed from age-group awards. Listed age groups include 10 under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-50, 60-69, and 70 and up.
Additional event notes: medals are awarded by category, strollers are allowed, and dogs are welcome provided they are up to date on vaccinations, kept on a leash at all times, and are friendly with people and other dogs. All participants over 21 may receive one dollar off a beer purchase by presenting their bib at the Oktoberfest beer tent. Proceeds benefit the Kids and Student Ministry of Harrodsburg Baptist Church.
