Harmony Energy Run Harrogate 10k

The Harmony Energy Run Harrogate 10K is a multi-terrain race held in the scenic Crimple Valley area of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The undulating 10-kilometre course is approximately 70% tarmac and 30% good footpaths, designed to suit runners of all levels—from beginners to experienced club athletes. The event features water stations, distance markers, and toilets, but no changing or shower facilities.

All finishers receive a goody bag and a specially designed medal, with prizes awarded across various categories including overall and age groups.
