Harmony Energy Harrogate Fun Run 2026
The Harmony Energy Harrogate Fun Run is a junior event held in Harrogate, North Yorkshire on Sunday 28 June 2026. The route is approximately 1 mile, traffic free and run as an out and back on multi terrain with an undulating profile. The course starts and finishes in front of the HSFC clubhouse at Harrogate Sports & Fitness Club, Hookstone Wood Road HG2 8PN.
The event is for children in school years 2 to 9 and Year 10 runners who are still under 15. Each junior entrant receives a commemorative medal. Adults may run alongside a child for support but medals are issued to junior runners only. Entry is limited to 100 places; entries on the day may be possible for an additional fee if spaces remain.
Facilities at race headquarters include toilets and baggage storage. There is no event water provision, no distance markers, and no changing or shower facilities. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Permission from a responsible adult is required for each child and that adult must remain present for the duration of the run. Registration forms for health and safety information and any assistance needs will be available at the registration desk. Qualified medical support is provided by AED Medical. Organisers will not take official photographs and request that any personal photos respect the privacy of other children.
