- Trail Half Marathon: 16.5 miles, 1900 ft ascent

Mandatory kit must be carried for the duration of each race and failure to carry required items will result in disqualification. Marathon and half marathon competitors must carry a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves, printed route description and map, at least 500 ml fluid capacity, a survival bag and a foil blanket. The 10k requires a printed route description and map, a survival bag and a foil blanket; carrying waterproofs and fluid capacity for the 10k is strongly recommended.
Time limits apply: 9 hours for the marathon, 6 hours for the half and 4 hours for the 10k; competitors who miss cutoffs may be retired at checkpoints. This is a cupless event so competitors should bring their own cup. Dogs are not permitted in the races. Entry fees vary by distance and affiliation; an optional race T‑shirt is available.
