Hardmoors 26.2 Roseberry : Sunday 30 August 2026
This is a trail race meeting held at Sea Cadets Hall, Belmangate, Guisborough TS14 7AQ on Sunday 30 August 2026. The event offers three route options with a total entry limit of 400.
- Trail Marathon - 30 miles, ascent 4,850 ft, cutoff 10 hours, fee £49 attached / £51 unattached
- Half Marathon - 14.5 miles, ascent 3,200 ft, cutoff 5 hours, fee £36 attached / £38 unattached
- Trail 10k - 9 miles, ascent 1,600 ft, cutoff 3 hours, fee £28 attached / £30 unattached
Entries open for voucher holders on 26 October 2025 and for general entries on 2 November 2025; entries close 14 August 2026. The event is part of the Hardmoors 26.2 series. There is very limited parking at the registration venue; nearby public car parks are recommended.
Courses are not taped or signed. Competitors are provided with downloadable maps, route descriptions and GPX files and must navigate themselves; printed route descriptions and maps must be carried. Foot sweepers and marshalls will be on course, including at road crossings. If a runner retires they must proceed to the next checkpoint so the race team can arrange collection.
Compulsory kit is enforced; required items include a waterproof jacket with taped seams, hat, gloves, 500 ml water, printed route map, survival bag and foil blanket, whistle and a means to attach a race number. A headtorch is specifically required for the marathon. The event operates a no dogs, no refunds, no deferrals policy; place transfers have specific limits.
