- Wednesday 9th September - Autumn 5k

Entry and logistics
Standard entry fee is £10.50. A discounted fee of £7.50 applies until 02 Sep 2026 for members of any of EA, WA, or SA. For each sign-up the organiser pays a service fee of 4% (minimum 50p); no surcharge is charged to entrants. Race numbers must be collected on the day; numbers will not be posted out. After the 5k race, participants are invited back to the rugby club for drinks and light refreshments; a £2 discount at the bar is available to people presenting their race bib on the evening only.
