The Hamden Fest Half Marathon & 5K takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Hamden Town Center Park, 2761 Dixwell Ave, Hamden, CT 06518. The event includes the following distances:

The road races include sections of grass and paved trail running. Registration fees listed on the event page are $66.10 for the half marathon (includes a $6.10 fee) and $34.30 for the 5K (includes a $4.30 fee). The half marathon listing showed 250 spots remaining and both events noted a price increase after March 7, 2026.
Hamden Fest and on-site activities
The road races serve as the opening for Hamden Fest, held in Town Center Park on the same day. The Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Hamden are partners for the festival. Planned activities and features at Hamden Fest include the Chamber’s Annual Business & Community Expo, the Hamden Library Book Sale, food trucks and vendors, an arts, crafts and antiques fair, a Kids’ Zone organized by the Hamden Youth Service Bureau, and entertainment by local musicians.
