Halloween Half Marathon and Relay - Morristown, NJ
The Halloween Half Marathon and Relay takes place on October 18, 2026 at Ginty Field, 49 Woodland Ave., Morristown, NJ. The event offers individual and team relay options and benefits Morristown High School's Interact program.
Distances
- Half Marathon - individual entry with a 3 hour course time limit.
- 2 Person Relay - relay with an exchange in front of the firehouse about 200 ft from the start and finish; first partner runs a 6.55 mile loop then tags the second partner.
Registered participants receive a T-Shirt. Large finisher medals are awarded to all half marathon finishers. There are water stations approximately every 2.5 miles; stations will offer water, Halloween candy, and sports drink. Personalized bibs are available for participants who register at least three weeks before race day.
Post run amenities include free bananas, water, Gatorade, and soft pretzels from Philly Pretzel Factory. Atlantic Health will provide post-run massages and Crunch Fitness will offer raffle prizes. Results are provided live online and via text and email, and finish line photos are free.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top three male and female in multiple age groups, including 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, and continuing in five year increments up to 90+. Early bib pickup is offered at Fleet Feet of Morristown; day-of pickup is handled by event staff. Registration fees are non-refundable.
