Halloween Half Marathon and Relay - Morristown, NJ
The Halloween Half Marathon and Relay takes place on October 18, 2026 at Ginty Field in Morristown, New Jersey. The event offers two participation options: a Half Marathon and a 2 Person Relay. Relay teams run sequential loops; the first partner completes a 6.55 mile loop, meets the second partner near the start/finish area, and the second partner then completes the remaining loop. The half marathon has a course time limit of three hours.
Registrants receive a T-shirt and half marathon finishers receive large finisher medals. There will be water stations approximately every 2.5 miles supplying water, Halloween candy, and sports drink. Post-run amenities include bananas, water, Gatorade, soft pretzels, post-run massages provided by a local health partner, raffle prizes from a fitness sponsor, live/text/email results, and free finish-line photos. Personalized bibs are available for those registered at least three weeks before race day. Bib pickup is available the day before at Fleet Feet of Morristown and on race day at the event; participants can pick up bibs for friends or family.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups. The event benefits Morristown High School's Interact program.
