Event overview
The St. Paddy's Day 5k takes place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Morris Township. The event uses a 5k course that starts and finishes at Ginty Field (49 Woodland Ave., Morristown). The course is described as scenic and well-marked, with one hill just before the two-mile mark. This is a 500-point USATF event. The event includes free participant photos and custom winter hats for the first 500 registrants.
Logistics and amenities
Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet of Morristown on Friday, March 13 from 12:00-5:00pm, and on race morning at Ginty Field from 8:00-9:30am. Parking is available on Woodland Ave., at the municipal building (50 Woodland Ave.), at Ginty Pool, and at Woodland School. There will be one water station around mile 2. Awards include prizes for the top three overall runners, top three in each five-year age group, and special prizes for best costumes. Post-run refreshments include bananas, granola bars, water, grilled meats and cheeses from Wild Fork, and fresh hot pizza from the Columbia Inn food truck. A sponsor prize pack from RebelCore will go to overall winners, and Dunkin Donuts will be provided to the first 150 runners who visit the Operation Smile tent.
