St. Paddy's Day 5k
St. Paddy's Day 5k takes place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, with the course starting and finishing at Ginty Field in Morris Township. The listed GPS address is 49 Woodland Ave, Morristown. The route is a well-marked, scenic 5k with one hill just before the two mile mark. A course map is provided by the organizer.
Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet of Morristown on Friday, March 13 from 12:00 to 5:00pm, and race morning at Ginty Field from 8:30 to 9:30am. Parking options include street parking on Woodland Ave, the municipal building at 50 Woodland Ave, Ginty Pool, and Woodland School.
The event is a 500 point USATF event. Prizes are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three in each five year age group. Additional prizes are given for best costumes. The first 500 registrants receive custom winter hats and gloves. Free participant photos will be available.
There is one water station located around mile 2. Post run refreshments include free bananas, granola bars, water, and pizza from the Columbia Inn food truck. Dunkin Donuts will be available to the first 150 runners who visit the Operation Smile tent. Sponsors will offer raffle prizes during the post run activities.
