The race takes place at Morris Catholic High School, located at 200 Morris Ave in Denville, New Jersey. It is the third edition of this memorial run.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Morris Catholic High School scholarship and athletic programs, as well as the Denville Public Assistance Fund. Medals are awarded in multiple age groups. The first 250 registrants receive a dri-fit t-shirt. There is a $20 registration discount for current Morris Catholic High School students.
