Halifax Health Hospice 5K Run and Walk
The Halifax Health Hospice 5K Run and Walk is the 25th annual in-person event held in Port Orange, Florida, on November 7, 2026. The event supports the Halifax Health Hospice Family Caregiver Program and is presented as a fundraising activity for hospice services. Online registration opens July 1 and closes November 5. In-person registration is available at packet pickup and on race day for a higher fee.

Packet pickup is scheduled at the Lakeside Community Center at Port Orange City Center Circle on Friday, November 6 at 1999 City Center Cir, Port Orange 32129; race day packet pickup is also available. Participants must pick up their bib to be eligible for timing.
Awards are presented to the top three overall males and females and to the top three males and females in each age group: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 plus. Because this is a fundraising event, no refunds are available.
