Event Overview
The US Road Running - Rocky Mount event offers three distance options: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. All three races start together and take place on Saturday, September 5, 2026. The event is located at Stith-Talbert Park, 799 Pennsylvania Avenue, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
Race Details
Participants can choose from the following distances:

Registration for each distance is handled online via RunSignup, and there is no on-site registration available. Packet pickup for registered runners begins 30 minutes before the start and ends 10 minutes before the race.
Course Information
Both the 5K and 10K share a common 0.78-mile out-and-back segment. The 5K distance is completed by running this segment twice, while the 10K requires running it four times. The Half Marathon course uses a separate 1.09-mile out-and-back segment. Runners complete this segment six times to finish the half marathon distance. A single time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies to the entire event.
