US Road Running - Rocky Mount
The US Road Running event in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, features multiple distance options hosted at the 799 Pennsylvania Ave park location. This event is part of a larger series and is open to the public, though all participants must register online in advance as there is no on-site registration.
The event offers three distinct distances:

- Half Marathon
The courses are designed using out-and-back loops. The 5K and 10K events utilize a 0.78-mile course segment. For the 5K, participants complete the 1.56-mile round trip two times. The 10K participants complete this same loop four times.
