Event Overview

The Ninja event offers a 5K, 10K, and half marathon on August 1, 2026 in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The start and finish location is Stith-Talbert Park at 799 Pennsylvania Ave.

Distances and Course

Participants can choose from three distances:

Half Marathon

All courses are out-and-back loops. The 5K and 10K share a 1.56-mile out-and-back segment; the 5K completes it twice and the 10K four times. The half marathon uses a separate 2.18-mile out-and-back loop, which is completed six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is in effect.

Registration and Logistics

Registration is required through RunSignup. There is no on-site registration available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and ends 10 minutes before the start.

Additional Features
