Medal Madness 5K, 10K, 13.1M at Punta Gorda
This event offers three road running distances in Punta Gorda, Florida, at 670 Cooper St. The courses are on asphalt and follow out-and-back segments that are repeated to reach each advertised distance. Bathrooms are located by the starting line and parking is available by the baseball fields.
Distances and entry fees:
- 5K: out-and-back segment of 1.56 miles repeated twice. Fee $30.
- 10K: out-and-back segment of 1.56 miles repeated four times. Fee $45.
- Half Marathon: out-and-back segment of 2.18 miles repeated six times. Fee $65.
Registration must be completed on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is available shortly before the race. The event enforces a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
