Event overview
The Medal Madness event takes place on September 12, 2026, in Punta Gorda, FL. The venue is South County Regional Park, 670 Cooper St, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. Courses and extras
The courses are on asphalt and use out-and-back loops. The 5K and 10K share a course section that is 0.78 miles long; the out-and-back length is 1.56 miles. The 5K completes that out-and-back twice and the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses a 1.09 mile section with a 2.18 mile out-and-back repeated six times.
