The Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at South County Regional Park in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Location and Logistics
The races start and finish at the park's address, 670 Cooper St. Participants are directed to park near the baseball fields. Bathrooms are available at the starting line.
Course Information
All courses are on asphalt and follow an out-and-back design on a shared route. The 5K requires two laps of a 1.56-mile out-and-back segment. The 10K requires four laps of the same segment. The Half Marathon is run on a slightly different 2.18-mile out-and-back segment and requires six laps. A time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies for all distances.
Registration and Requirements
Registration must be completed online in advance; on-site registration is not available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
