Medal Madness at South County Regional Park

Course and logistics
The courses run on asphalt and use out-and-back segments. For the 5K and 10K the out-and-back segment measures 1.56 miles; the 5K repeats that segment two times and the 10K repeats it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 2.18-mile out-and-back segment repeated six times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Parking is available by the baseball fields. Bathrooms are located by the starting line. The event includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume recognition, series points, and awards.
