The 5K course consists of completing this out-and-back segment twice.
The 10K course consists of completing the same segment four times.

The course has a time limit of two hours.

Packet pickup for participants begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the race begins. Parking is available near the start line.
