Medal Madness 5K & 10K - Pompano Beach, FL
Medal Madness is a road running event held at Pompano Community Park in Pompano Beach, Florida. The event offers two distances and uses a repeated out-and-back course on a gravel and crushed stone surface. The basic segment measures 0.78 miles; the out-and-back segment is 1.56 miles. The 5K is run by completing the out-and-back segment two times, and the 10K by completing it four times.
All participants must register online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. A course time limit of two hours applies. Parking is available near the start area.
