US Road Running Event at Longview
The US Road Running event in Longview, Texas, takes place at Paul Boorman Trail Park. This race series features multiple distances on out-and-back courses, with all events starting at the same time. The park is located at the intersection of East Fairmont Street and Princeton Avenue, where parking space is limited for participants.
The event offers three distinct distances:
- 5K: This race follows a 1.56-mile out-and-back course completed two times.
- 10K: Participants run the 1.56-mile out-and-back course four times.
- Half Marathon: This 13.1-mile event follows a 2.16-mile out-and-back course completed six times.
There is a cumulative course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all participants. Registration must be completed online in advance, as there is no option for on-site registration. Packet pickup is conducted at the event location shortly before the start.
