US Road Running - Longview
The Eagle running event takes place at Paul Boorman Trail Park in Longview, Texas. This organized race offers multiple distance options held on out-and-back courses. Participants can choose between several road running events:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 Miles (Half Marathon)
The 5K course is completed once, while the 10K involves two laps of the designated route. Participants in the Half Marathon complete the course four times. A total course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is enforced for all distances.
Registration must be completed online in advance, as there is no on-site registration available on the day of the event. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the start and concludes 10 minutes prior to the race. The event is part of the US Road Running Race Series and is open to the public.
The start area is located at Paul Boorman Trail Park near the intersection of E. Fairmont St and Princeton Ave. Parking at the venue is limited.
