Event Overview
The Medal Madness event takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Mount Hope Park in Grand Ledge, Michigan. The event offers three distance options.
Distances and Course
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All courses are out-and-back loops on the same basic route. The 5K and 10K share a 0.78-mile (1.56-mile round trip) loop, with the 5K run twice and the 10K run four times. The Half Marathon uses a separate 1.09-mile (2.18-mile round trip) loop, which is run six times. There is an overall course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration and Logistics
Registration is required online in advance; no on-site registration is available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and ends 10 minutes before the start. Parking information is provided for participants near the start line at Mount Hope Park (7419 E Mt Hope Hwy).
