Event overview
The MSU Tower Guard Shamrock 5k run, walk, roll! is scheduled for March 22, 2026 on the Michigan State University campus in East Lansing, Michigan. This is the 26th annual running of the event, which was founded by the Tower Guard class of 2000 to raise funds for the Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities (RCPD). The event lists two entries:

- 5 km 5k Run - MSU Students
Tower Guard collaborates with the RCPD to provide services such as exam scribing, accessible textbook creation, and one-on-one tutoring. Donations from the event support the RCPD and a note-taking pilot program. All proceeds go to the RCPD.
Logistics and registration
The race start and finish are at Conrad/Fee Hall in the East Neighborhood courtyard. Parking in nearby campus lots (Fee lots 30, 32, 33 and the Wharton ramp) will be free on the event Sunday. Packet pickup is available on race morning at the start location. Finishers receive medals and T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by March 1; additional shirts available while supplies last. The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation and results will be posted live and online.
